David Parsons is the CEO and one of the founders of MG Malls (formerly known as McGavren Guild Malls). David’s combined knowledge of national sales, the out-of-home industry, and especially the mall industry has created a unique position within the advertising sales industry.
David’s prior experience includes a career at Simon Property Group as the AVP of Media. In his career with Simon Property Group, he created and evaluated new media platforms and media partnerships in addition to creating media programs for some of the top brands in the country. Prior to that, David was directly involved in advertising sales on both a National and Regional level for malls throughout the country.
In his career prior to the mall industry, David spent 20 years in broadcast sales and management with companies like Citadel, CBS, and Greater Media. During that career, he was involved in ownership and General Management of a radio station group of three stations, developing significant growth in revenue and ratings with all properties. His extensive experience includes sales development, agency and brand relationships, and and the implementation of creative, solution-driven campaigns for clients throughout the country.
This combined experience and extensive knowledge of the mall industry puts MG Malls in perfect position to help solve some of the top client challenges in successfully using the mall as a media platform.
